You need to view the Bulletin.

Loading:

You may be asked to save the file or open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Select the option to open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader (AcroExch).
To view a specific bulletin, click on the yellow "Load" button in the same row.
If after you click on the yellow "Load" button a dialog box comes up and asks you to save the file, you don't have Acrobat installed, or is not installed correctly with the plug-ins for your web browser.
The bulletins are usually less than 300KB.

1	When you click on the Acrobat Reader icon at the bottom of this table, you will be taken to the Adobe Acrobat Reader information page. On the page you are taken to, you should see a logo like the one you clicked on this page; click it.
2	1. Fill out the form with all the information requested. We *suggest* checking the box that says "Include option for searching PDF files (longer download)." This will allow you to search for keywords with in the bulletin. 2. Click on "Download"
