Deaceased: May 23, 2008 A native of Avon, I have a background in both secondary and higher education as well as experience in the area of health care administration. I hold an undergraduate degree from Borromeo College and a graduate degree from John Carroll University. Following three years of preparation, I was ordained a deacon by Bishop James Hickey, now Cardinal Hickey of Washington D.C., in June of 1978. Following part-time ministerial appointments in several other parishes, since November, 1992, I have served as a full-time pastoral associate here at St. Ladislas. In addition to responsibilities related parish finances and business matters, I currently provide assistance in a variety of areas including the following: marriage preparation, the RCIA process, Children’s Liturgy of the Word, and family counseling.
